Contact form. When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, optional subject and message. These details are used only to read and reply to your message.

Mailing list. When you join the mailing list, we receive your email address and the page you signed up from. Your address is used only to send occasional emails from Charlotte about her writing and books. Every email will explain how to unsubscribe, and you can also ask to be removed at any time by writing to info@charlottegwrites.com.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it does not set any cookies of its own. Fonts and images are served from this website rather than from third-party services.

Links to Amazon, Facebook and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How information is stored

Messages and sign-ups are stored securely on the website’s hosting server and forwarded by email to Charlotte. To protect the forms from abuse, your IP address is used briefly (in a non-reversible, hashed form) to limit repeated submissions; these records expire automatically.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
